Terms of Service
🧾 1. General
These terms apply to the use of services under the Klagobot brand, provided by AIfinity AB (org.nr 559516-5415, Sweden). By using any of Klagobot's services, you agree to these terms. Services include: • Appeal of parking tickets (municipal/police or private operator) • Complaints against companies under consumer law • Complaints about goods or services • Appeal of flight delays/cancellations under EU Regulation 261/2004 • Appeal of government decisions (e.g., Social Insurance Agency, CSN, Migration Agency)
🧠 2. Scope of Services
Klagobot automatically generates formulated letters (complaints, claims, appeals) based on the information provided by the user. The letters are designed according to applicable Swedish and EU legislation, but Klagobot is not a law firm and does not provide individual legal advice.
⚠️ Important: Klagobot does not guarantee that a case will result in compensation, decision changes, or other actions. We only deliver legally correct documents based on the information you provide.
💼 3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for: • ensuring all information you provide is correct and complete, • ensuring any attachments do not contain protected personal data about others, • reviewing the letter before it is sent to the receiving authority or company. Klagobot disclaims responsibility for incorrectly entered information, lack of responses, or decisions made by third parties.
⚖️ 4. Limitation of Liability
Klagobot (AIfinity AB) is not liable for indirect damages, financial losses, missed compensation, or decisions made by authorities, companies, or courts. The service is provided "as is" without warranty beyond what follows from mandatory law.
💳 5. Payment
Payment is made via Stripe. The price per letter is always shown before you complete the purchase. Payment gives you access to the generated letter and associated documents (PDF download). Right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products delivered immediately after payment (Distance Contracts Act Ch. 2 § 11(1)(11)).

AIfinity AB reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Updated versions are published on this website and apply from the publication date.
🔒 7. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
7.1 Personal data we collect
We only collect the data needed to provide the service: • name, email address, and case information, • attachments/files you voluntarily upload (e.g., ticket, receipt, photo), • payment ID from Stripe (no card information is stored with us).
7.2 How the data is used
The data is only used to create your letters and associated PDF documents. We do not share personal data with third parties. PDF links are stored for up to 7 days and automatically deleted thereafter.
7.3 Your rights
You can at any time request: • extract of saved personal data, • correction or deletion of data, • restriction of processing (in accordance with GDPR articles 15–18). Requests are sent to support@klagobot.se
